Many Young Democrats get involved with the political process by taking on positions with campaigns both in an unpaid and paid capacity. What has your campaign done to ensure fair labor practices or equal opportunities for young Democrats on your team? (ex., Offering living wage, school schedule flexibility, paid internships etc.)

Currently our team is made up of our campaign manager, one paid staffer who’s a student- for whom we offer a competitive living wage and school schedule flexibility-and a host of volunteers. We are actively seeking to employ young democrats and look forward to offering a living wage and school schedule flexibility.
