I will work to examine this as part of evaluating all programs. The reality is that the overall health of the fund is paramount, sometimes a cost of living increase is not possible when considering the ability to sustain the fund long term. That said, where possible I support cost of living increases and would work to decrease general waste and duplicative cost in the city’s budget to be able to provide them.
