First would be to address our exclusionary zoning issues. Housing of all types should be permitted in all parts of our city. Preservation districts that offer affordability in perpetuity should be legal in all parts of the city. The second piece of reform would be to address parking minimum requirements. Lastly I would like to reform residential occupancy limits because they limit housing affordability options for families, home shares and cooperative housing.
