If elected to the City Council, what would be your priorities for the City of Austin budget process? If you were not able to identify additional revenues to fund your priorities, what are some current city expenses that you would be willing to support reducing in order to fund your budget priorities?

City Council, District 1

My overall priorities are affordability, transit, and equity and I would seek to consider every expense
through those lenses. I also feel that we should always evaluate our programs and be willing to eliminate
or change ones that are redundant or fail to provide the measurable outcomes we are seeking.
