Austin can immediately improve access to affordable healthcare by passing proposition E in the upcoming election and more initiatives of it’s kind in the future. Access can be improved by having more facilities that provide low cost and indigent healthcare in areas of need. Public health is a matter of the utmost importance that should be addresses by private and public entities in robust collaboration, including requirements made of new construction projects.
