Connecting people to available resources is paramount. So frequently the impediment to access is a simple matter of connection to resources. The City needs to make a concerted effort to invest in innovative programs and create robust partnerships with private organizations. I would encourage the City to strongly recommend that new coming organizations invest in our digital infrastructure, including but not limited to partnerships with the local school districts as well as nonprofits that serve otherwise suppressed residents.
