My understanding is that a certain amount of the funding will go towards improving and constructing sidewalks. Additionally I would say increased frequency of transit options, especially buses. Bus shelters are extremely important as well. I would encourage council to partner with and seek advice from public/private advocacy groups, boards and commissions who focus on older adult needs.
