Will you refrain from voting to allow the City Manager to execute contracts for controversial projects like the Soccer Stadium on public land and demand a final review and vote of the Council? It is important we have as much transparency in the negotiation process as possible. When we have a contract being negotiated we need it to come back to council for a final vote once the agreement has been made. Specifically, as it pertains to any large-scale incentive or subsidy being offered.
