The Innovation Office has made good strides during my time in office, but I always think the city could do more. The city should consider taking a look at the city’s website and seeing if it makes sense to revamp it. Internally, we have made progress in areas like permitting and constituent relations, moving to digitize many aspects. When I took office, permits couldn’t be paid for online! We’ve changed that, but we have a long way to go.
