What three items would you most like reform in our current zoning code?

  1. Compatibility
  2. Revise mixed use requirement; Allow all commercial zones to have mixed use residential and commercial. Eliminate some mixed uses like VMU from special zoning requirements
  3. Revise Bonus Program and incentivize it’s use more.
