Development, if necessary, should replace buildings but not the people living in those buildings. I would prefer the city provide and encourage more housing supply for all incomes and abilities that are mixed-use neighborhoods and developments that include residential, commercial, and recreational areas conveniently accessible by foot, bicycle, or public transportation to reduce car traffic.
