My favorite park is the Davis White Northeast District Park, because it’s the
one closest to my house. As a mother of two young children, I value having
a park that I can go to regularly with my children. We value that it’s close
enough that we can get to it biking. I would love for additional resources,
activities, and planting to occur within this one and many other District 1
parks so they can become pillars of recreation and community building for
our neighborhoods as well as active transportation options.
