Affordable healthcare should be accessible to all; repeal and replace Obamacare with market-competitive system for most Americans who do not have pre-existing conditions; for uninsurable Americans we need to set up a fund to subsidize marketable insurance so these individuals can receive coverage; continue Medicaid for children; and new program for Veterans allowing them to receive medical care from private doctors, hospitals, and specialists.
