The land development code needs to be updated to allow density and increase our housing supply – diverse housing options such as apartments, duplexes, accessory dwelling units, and mixed-use facilities with housing and retail together. Many of these projects are best suited for density where it is appropriate, in places where residents will also have access to mobility options, and along transit corridors outside of watershed protection zones.
