Props A and E deserve unique attention as these types of investments are required to achieve affordability goals and also dovetail in with strategic plans. In addition the injection of support in reducing housing cost burdens and homelessness coupled with the necessary supports in wraparound social services and preventive screenings can yield the type of service coordination and case management necessary to actually sustainably mitigate homelessness. Prop J – seems to undermine the balance of representative democracy stricken in 10-1 and risks creating further delays in much needed code revision. Prop K scope is not defined and can jeopardize way too many value-based concepts that perhaps oughtn’t be evaluated only through a framework of efficiency, e.g: retirement packages
