We will create a District based plan to modernize and digitize the functions of the government that most directly impact folks in district, but also serves those that haven’t had equitable access. For us that means:

• District 1 Field Office
• Dedicate staff capacity and bandwidth
• Look at best practices across the country, in cities that have made the transition and adopt what is applicable.
