Do you support the right of Austin voters to vote on the sale, lease, or conveyance of any City-owned land that will be used as a sports and/or entertainment stadium? This would likely require a charter amendment, but I’d support such a change. As an aside, I also think the council should establish a policy that when we are making such a sizeable capital investment in a private enterprise, our City should get a share in the profits proportional to our investment.
