I would support a complete update to property rights. I believe all individuals should have the freedom to produce, own, trade, and operate property of any kind so long as they don’t infringe upon the rights of others. Producing, owning, and trading guns don’t infringe upon the rights of anyone. Using a gun also doesn’t always infringe upon the rights of others. But, even if a gun is used in a crime that infringes upon the rights of others, the gun isn’t what should be illegal… It is the action which infringed upon the rights of the other individual that should be illegal.
