1) Fixing the school finance system, including funding universal pre-k and increased teacher & staff salaries.  2) Properly addressing teacher & state employee pension funds, including addressing the crisis in retired teacher healthcare.  3) Certain health & human services funding, including funds to complete the Austin State Hospital Brain Health System Redesign work to improve brain healthcare in Central TX, involving the entire continuum of brain health; expanding Medicaid; assuring resources for HHSC to increase positive health outcomes for women, children and vulnerable populations.
