We need to learn from our mistakes on CodeNEXT. There were clear issues and lack of community engagement that lead to ultimate failure of the rewrite. I think we should tackle one issue at time and then move forward on the next. For example, we study and engage with the public to tackle all of the environmental issues first, then once environmental has been finalized, we then move on to zoning etc.
