In a city that claims to be a city of innovation, we need better websites and app presences, including easier bill payment systems. Building permitting, and applications need to be fully digitized. Not only do we need a strong media presence, but we need easy accessibility to issues and concerns, and receive responses from administration as well as emergency systems updates.
