My first priority is the adherence to the Constitution, the rule of law and its principles. The dispensation of justice towards all parties should be done without regard to status or wealth. Popular opinion should not dictate or influence the administration of justice. A Judge must listen with an open mind and and rule with an even hand. I will rely on my 23 years of judicial experience to achieve a fair and impartial result.
