My top priority is to work to end the School to Prison pipeline. The goal is to reduce mandatory placements for nonviolent offenses to an alternative education campus and provide behavioral and family support for our children. In addition, my goal is to submit legislation to help fix the funding of the education system so the State has a larger financial role.
