I believe it is the duty of the Justice of the Peace to represent all people in their District.  They need to have the courage to recognize and rectify an injustice brought before them. Just because something is a law, does not make it just.  I have the courage to make that distinction when necessary and to rule accordingly. One does not need a law degree or to serve as a lawyer to understand what is just and to represent their District accordingly.
