I answered this question in the last question. Yes, 100% yes. If we’re going to be placing something as important as CodeNEXT or the audit on the ballot, it needs to be in a clear, concise language that even a 12 year old could understand. I would also propose a social media campaign to educate and inform the public before adding it to the ballot.
