Almost every day I hear from constituents across the district about the nightmare that our property tax system has become. People are literally being taxed out of their homes, which is why we desperately need to provide substantial property tax relief and reform as soon as possible. This next session, the legislature needs to step up, help Texas homeowners, and find real solutions for keeping property taxes low and under control.
