But I don’t support growth because there are no checks and balances, it’s ruining our environment, and it’s displacing our people. In sum, Austin’s pro growth policies are racist and misogynistic. There are very few people benefiting and women and people of color are always displaced by unjust development. We also do not want to flood Austin with excess impervious cover.
