1. Stop Excessive Prison Spending. Texas spends more money on prisons than education for children. Releasing non-violent offenders and encouraging non-profit organizations that provide prison education allows them to contribute to the Texas economy, rather than burdening taxpayers.  2. Ending STAAR, which, according to multiple reports would save $90 million. 3. Eliminate corporate welfare and instead rid our state of excessively restrictive legislation in order to attract businesses organically.
