November 6, 2018, Austin voters have the opportunity to pass a $925 million bond package which includes $250 million for affordable housing. How do you plan to expand and promote the development of diverse housing options that are affordable for seniors of different income levels?

I would promote that:

  • Housing options must be available in all sectors of the city
  • Comprehensive care coordination and social and healthcare service navigation surround all affordable housing options for seniors (see Q5 above)
  • Transportation services and support be inextricably coupled, including mobility services in the spirit of ADA accessibility
