I would propose specifically applying areas of social service budget to the development of a centralized and coordinated navigation system that addresses each of the livability domains of the plan, fostering public-private partnerships with local nonprofit service organizations, rec centers, transportation providers (including RideAustin and Lyft) and social service navigation hubs like 2-1-1 texas to ensure that elements in each domain are accessible for seniors who deserve to the right to thrive in Austin.
