Austin is bursting at the seams, we need to do something to accommodate our growth. This means we must update the Land Development Code. And while CodeNEXT, as a specific project, is behind us, the need for changes in the code still remain. And if we couldn’t make changes in whole then we need to find ways to make them in part. I support density where it’s appropriate, in places where residents will also have access to mobility options, and along transit corridors outside of watershed protection zones.
