From an economic and environmental standpoint, the need for high capacity transit is very important. I want to increase density on corridors and missing middle housing to help provide less expensive housing option then a single family home would be. Additional density helps make high capacity more transit likely because of the increased number of people to use it.
I am in favor of dedicated paths so that we make mass transit faster. This helps people who have no other option but to use mass transit and incentivizes people in cars to get out of their cars because it allows them to get to and from their destinations faster.
