As Austin grows in size, stature and economic strength, sustainability becomes a topic of ever- increasing emphasis to all Austinites: How do you plan to involve the Asian American community, individiduals and businesses alike, to ensure that their ideas and interests are part of the solution going forward?

The decentralized consensus and open-source technologies aforementioned, plus the increased
accessibility, transparency, and accountability structures put in place with our vision will be major tools
in being more intimately involved with the Asian American (and all) community, individuals and
businesses. It is my commitment to the people of Austin to become the most engaged, optimistic,
supportive, and encouraging mayor we have ever experienced, with the ultimate mission of raising our
standards for public service and the role government should play in bettering the lives of all.
